Chicken Parmigiana
This was a childhood favourite. There was nothing better than coming home from school to crispy chicken in a warm, rich tomato sauce. This version simply uses wholemeal bread for some added fibre and a reduction in calories. Frying in low-calorie cooking spray means you won't lose the tasty, crispy chicken skin.

Hi, we would suggest serving Chicken Parmigiana with pasta, rice or mashed potato and some green vegetables such as green beans or broccoli. Hope this helps!

Hi Craig
This recipe appears in our first book, where only the calories and carbs were included in the nutritional info.
After the feedback we received, every book since has included full nutritional info for each recipe, doubled checked by a nutritionist, in a table at the back of the book. To find out the nutritional values for this particular recipe I’d suggest using a free app such as My Fitness Pal or Lose it. Hope this helps.
