Swap this

If you can't find white wine stock pots, reduce the water used to make up the stock to 400ml and add 100ml white wine instead. This will increase the calories to 401 kcal per serving.

If you don't have a casserole dish use a large frying pan for steps 2-3, then transfer to a 30cm (12in) ovenproof lasagne dish and continue to follow the instructions.

Squeeze the lemon slices with tongs after cooking to get all their juice out.
I started the potato and chicken off first, before finishing in the casserole.
