Chocolate Espresso Cheesecakes

  • 10MINS
  • 276KCAL

This simple cheesecake dessert will satisfy your chocolate cravings, and it has an added hit of coffee! We've used Oreo biscuits for a chocolate-flavoured no-butter base, and a creamy cheesecake with no double cream needed. The best part about this pud is that you don't even need to turn the oven on! These are not traditional cheesecakes but more of a soft-set dessert. After chilling, the cheesecake mix will be slightly firmer.

Hints & Tips

Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.

If you don't have espresso powder, use instant coffee granules. Add them to a food bag and bash with a rolling pin until you have a fine powder.

I replaced the espresso ingredient with Cadbury’s drinking chocolate
I swapped Oreo’s for low sugar digestive biscuits and topped with a few chocolate chips
Simple and delicious!
Top with Rasberries to give it a nice balance to offset the expresso.
