Baked oats are so easy to make and a great, comforting way to start the day. A hearty blend of yoghurt, oats and cinnamon, this recipe was made to warm you right up. Don’t forget the syrup! We’ve added a drizzle of Clarks Maple Syrup to our oats for a deliciously sweet topping.

A small ovenproof dish will bake your oats nicely, and come in handy for many other recipes!
Preheat the oven to 180ºC
Add the oats, yoghurt, egg, cinnamon and sweetener into a bowl and stir until combined.
Pour into an ovenproof dish and bake for 35-40 minutes.
While the oats bake, add the drizzle ingredients to a small bowl and mix together until smooth.
When the oats are baked, top with the cinnamon drizzle and serve.
What could I serve with this Cinnamon Roll Baked Oats?
These are really a dish in themselves, but if you wanted to serve them with an accompaniment then you could add some fresh or frozen fruit, or a dollop of fat free natural yogurt. These sweet treats would be tasty accompaniments too…
How do you know when Cinnamon Roll Baked Oats are cooked?
You should cook this recipe until the oats are golden on top and have just a slight wobble.
This should take approx 40 minutes in the oven.
Standard advice here in the UK is to cook food until it has reached 70°C and stayed at that temperature for 2 minutes. This is to keep your family safe.
How long can you keep Cinnamon Roll Baked Oats in the fridge?
Once you’ve served this recipe, you should eat straight away.
If you allow any leftovers to cool, make sure to refrigerate in a container with a lid and chill. You can keep leftovers of these Cinnamon Roll Baked Oats in the fridge for approximately 3 days or so.

Yes you can! This recipe can be frozen, but please remember to do the following;
- Freeze it as soon as it is cold enough.
- Use a container or bag that is suitable for freezing.
Don’t forget to add a label with what it is, and on what date you put it in the freezer!
How do I reheat Cinnamon Roll Baked Oats?
From chilled: Place in a microwave proof container with loosely fitting lid and heat for 4-7 minutes until piping hot.
From frozen: Allow to defrost, and heat covered in the microwave for 3-5 minutes then stir. Cook for a further 5-7 minutes until piping hot.
