Can this be done in the slow cooker ?

There are several stages to this recipe, some of which need to be done on the hob. For this reason, we didn’t add a slow cooker method for this recipe, as we feel you won’t get the best results in a slow cooker. 😊

Can I freeze this? I’ve made it numerous times before but never frozen it.

Hi Graham, yes, you can freeze this recipe. There’s a blue badge with an ‘F’ on the recipe page in the book which indicates it can be frozen. Hope this helps!
