If you're a cheese lover, then this is the dish for you! The double whammy of cheese in this recipe means that it's hard to believe that it's slimming friendly, but it's surprisingly low on calories. We've used strong-flavoured Parmesan as a little goes a long way and it helps to keep the calories down.
