Forgotten Lamb

The name may sound mysterious but there's no big secret: this recipe was a happy accident! We forgot that we had put the lamb in its marinade the day before and it was left to marinate for a full 24 hours, meaning the spices had plenty of time to infuse the meat and develop its flavour. It turned out to be one of the most amazing lamb dishes we've ever had, and so Forgotten Lamb was born! It's great with wholemeal pittas, pickled red onion, and a 0%-fat yoghurt mixed with fresh mint.
