This French Bread Pizza recipe is super quick and easy to make which makes it the perfect way to beat those lunchtime pizza cravings!  You could also serve it with chips or veggies for a more filling dinner.

Using a finger roll instead of French bread really cuts down on the amount of calories and Points without compromising on the flavour – it makes this recipe feel like a really naughty treat but without all of the guilt!

Our French Bread Pizza is super adaptable and you can add whatever toppings you want, you’ll just need to make sure that they’re either pre-cooked or able to be warmed through.  Some of our favourite toppings are mushrooms, peppers, sweetcorn, onion, cooked ham or salami – chop them finely for the best results and don’t forget to account for the extra calories and Points!

How do you know when this French Bread Pizza is cooked?

  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • pinch of dried basil
  • pinch of dried oregano
  • pinch of garlic granules
  • 1 gluten free finger roll (60g)
  • 20 g reduced fat cheddar finely grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Hi Jo, you can use any bread rolls of your choice, although you will need to adjust the calories if this is important to you.
