Sometimes simple fresh flavours are the best! This Greek Potato Stew might be really quick and simple to make, but it's full of delicious flavours and is super versatile too. This recipe works best with waxy potatoes that hold their shape, like Charlotte, Maris Peer or Jersey Royals – just make sure that you keep an eye on them so that they don't disintegrate into the sauce while they cook.
