A tagine is a North African dish, named after the earthenware pot it is cooked in. Don't worry if you don't have a tagine, you can cook this dish in a covered pan in the oven like we have and it will taste just as good! This is our take on the traditional dish of chicken, garlic and Moroccan spices.

Be sure to use sliced peaches in natural juice not in syrup as this will affect the calories. The leftover Moroccan spice mix can be stored in an airtight container ready for next time!

Amazing
It was so delicious! We used beef instead of chicken. I added extra chilli for more spice, it was amazing!
Even better when made a day ahead.
I love to make this recipe a day ahead. The flavours blend beautifully when kept overnight. I follow the method until I have added the final ingredients, cool, and the next day reheat and complete the final cook.
