Lasagne Bowls
This recipe is a great way of serving individual portions of lasagne, but with a twist. There's pasta on the outside, ragu mince in the middle, and an oozy, cheesy centre; lasagne bowls are actually easier to make than a standard lasagne as there's no need to make a cheese sauce: you just need individual (250ml) pudding basins. Serve with a side salad to complete the meal.
