Matzo Ball Soup
Our take on a traditional Jewish dish, this soup uses chicken broth as its base and cooks the vegetables and chicken all together to create a really great depth of flavour. Matzo balls are a dumpling often eaten during Jewish Passover, and we've used the traditional matzo meal for this recipe to give the dish that authentic taste.
