Our version of a Mexican Hot Chocolate is a tasty blend of sweet and savoury with a mellow kick. If it's not something you've tried before it may sound a little odd, but trust us, it works so well! If you're a fan of a chai latte or spiced teas, this will be right up your street.

Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.

Swap This

We've used unsweetened almond milk to keep the calories down, but you can use whichever milk or milk alternative you prefer. Using semi-skimmed milk will increase the calories to 167 kcal per serving.

We've kept the flavours mellow in this drink, but feel free to add extra chilli or cinnamon if you want more of a kick!

Amazing taste. Can't go back to normal hot chocolate
Low fat cream added to top
