NEW TIP
A Moroccan feast!
I added courgettes and whole garlic cloves in with the peppers and kept the red onion in segments. I cooked for 15 mins before adding the salmon. We ate it with couscous, humus and flatbreads for a real feast.

Easy and delicious
Can be cooked in an airfryer. I added some chopped picante peppers from a jar and a courgette that needed using up. Nice served with a jacket sweet potato.
A little extra on the side
We served this meal with plain couscous. The salmon was so full of flavour the couscous didn’t need anything extra.
