Slight tweak!
I had no couscous or pomegranate in - so I used macaroni and grapes instead. I’ve used orzo in the past too. I love how versatile it is but also how tasty it is! A summer favourite in our house!

Lunch for work sorted for the week!
Didn’t have right coloured peppers so used red instead of orange. Made full recipe and will have for four days at work for lunch.
