Singapore Fried Rice
This simple meal packs quite the flavour punch! Bulked out with cabbage, this rice dish is a great, quick recipe that really delivers on heat with the added curry powder. You can adjust the spice level to your preference, using whichever curry powder you like – mild, medium or hot. Trust us when we recommend putting a fried egg on top … when the yolk bursts and combines with the warming, filling mix below, it's just perfection.
