NEW TIP
Used the pressure cooker method which is super quick
I added some chicken thighs before putting the chorizo and spices in and used a vegetable stock pot.
I like to prepare all ingredients first
I don’t like olives so I added Edamame Beans instead, really enjoyed it
Great recipe!
Nice and easy recipe. Tasted amazing. I added chicken and peas and it worked well. Preferred this to a pealla recipe I usually use! Great recipe, nice and filling, an easy midweek meal.
Easy recipe - full of flavour and colour
I added some chicken thighs which complemented the dish beautifully. Would have liked a little more spice so would add a little more chilli next time
Fantastic weeknight meal with the help of my Ninja
A dish full of taste sensations and filling with a side salad. Might stir through some cooked prawns another time
Super Easy midweek meal
I added celery, peas and sweetcorn and swapped the siracha for sweet chilli & garlic sauce. I also left out the olives as I don't like them
Serve with salad for a delicious spicy treat!
I was originally a little concerned that this recipe had 2 tsp of sriracha sauce AND half a chilli but it was absolutely spot on for chilli heat. Really tasty and delicious. I had mine with a side salad, definitely on the favourites list!
What a flavoursome meal WOW loved it
I don’t really like chorizo or should l say it doesn’t like me, so changed it to smoked sausage and it was absolutely delish

Made this last night with sliced chorizo torn apart (Asda didn’t have the actual sausage anywhere!) and it was absolutely gorgeous. I didn’t use olives as I’m not a big fan and I was worried as there wasn’t any green in my version. However, it wasn’t necessary in the end as it’s a gorgeous taste regardless.

To reheat from fridge in microwave, I added some drops of water around the rice and popped it in the microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir, another minute, and just like new! Great recipe, will be doing again.
