Meaty meatballs with ooze of cheese inside in tasty sauce
I thought stuffing the meatballs with cheese would prove difficult but it was easy. I cooked the meatballs on bake in my ninja & that worked well. Next time I need to up the seasoning and will try a different cheese. Delicious meal.
Switch to meat free for and ultimate veggie treat meal, better than the standard meatballs
I added some low fat cream cheese to the sauce to make a creamy sauce. I substituted the parsley for coriander in the meatballs, served with roasted cauliflower and pasta...yummy
Another success with the family.
My meatball mix was a little bit wet so I added 1/2 a crushed up weetabix to stiffen up the mixture.
Sooo tasty and filling! A family favorite! Highly recommend
Very yummy with beef and pork! Worth trying with 5% pork mince.
Stuffed meatballs
I used grated mozzarella for the cheese stuffing and blitzed the sauce.
Try adding some finely chopped spinach.
Combine finely chopped spinach with the mozzarella. Absolutely delicious.
