Sumac Lamb Chops
Sumac is not an ingredient we see all that often. A versatile spice, with a tangy, lemony flavour, it's a fantastic seasoning for meat, and in particular, lamb. These beautiful chops taste like a takeaway dish and can be paired with our Easy Pilaf Rice with Chickpeas (page 209) for a delicious feast, conjuring dreams of a sunny holiday. They are perfect for summer barbecues.
