How to Batch

Cool within 2 hours of cooking, then divide the cooked recipe into individual portions and freeze immediately.

Fabulous simple filling meal the whole family will enjoy

If you don't have something in swap it for what you do, red kidney beans for baked beans ect, lentils for other types of beans, adapt to your taste, add fresh chilli's and red onion at the end along with lashings of fresh chopped coriander.

Serve with rice or top onto a jacket potato -delicious!

So versatile and tasty

I only used hot paprika because its what I had (not chilli or mild paprika) and it tasted amazing. I also had a shortage of sweet potato and it's still delish, really tasty combination of ingredients - don't be afraid to be daring
