Sweet Potato Rostis with Sour Cream and Chive Dip
Sweet potato is a wonderful ingredient that gives these rostis instant flavour, instead of using bland white potatoes. Pepped up with some easy seasoning, these rostis are best served with a clever, low-calorie, sour cream and chive dip, using fat-free Greek-style yoghurt in place of more calorie-heavy cream sauces.

RE. Sweet potato rostis and sour cream and chive dip – recipe says 1 large sweet potato but they vary so much would you be able to give an indication of weight needed?
Many thanks
Karen

Hi Karen, the average weight of a large sweet potato would be approximately 400 – 450g. Do hope you enjoy the recipe!
