Once upon a time, we were asked to prepare this dish for a very famous person. We can't reveal who the person was, but this recipe is so fresh and tasty, it simply can't be kept a secret! Any white fish would work with this, just be sure to check the cooking times for thicker fillets.

Hints & Tips

Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.

Adjust the cooking time according to the type of white fish you use. Sea bass fillets are relatively thin, but if you are cooking with thicker fillets, you will need to increase the cooking time. Stir 1 tbsp of peanut butter into the finished sauce for an extra bit of umph! It will also thicken the sauce a little more. Add 28 kcal per serving.
