San Pellegrino Essenza Sparkling Lemon Water – 3 calories per can
This San Pellegrino Essenza Sparkling Lemon Water is a really light and refreshing alternative to sugary fizzy drinks.
Sparkling mineral water with all natural flavourings, no sweeteners and no artificial flavours, these tasty drinks are just 3 calories per can.
We love the combo of lemon and lemon zest in this flavour, but if that doesn’t sound like your thing then this sparkling water is also available in tangerine and strawberry, and dark morello cherry and pomegranate flavours.

Perfect for an afternoon snack or enjoying at the weekend in front of a movie, these bars are high in fibre and suitable for vegetarians.
They’re also free from any artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, but they taste so good that you’d never guess!
If you’re not a fan of peanuts, then these Skinny Dream Indulgent bars are also available in Choc Toffee flavours at just 93 calories each.

Nush Almond Cream Cheese – 107 calories per 50g
Cream cheese that’s suitable for vegan diets too? Yes, really!
This Nush Almond Cream Cheese uses live vegan cheese cultures and contains over 60 almonds per pot.
It’s super creamy and still has that classic cream cheese feel and taste to it, but without any of the dairy that’s usually included.
It’s also suitable for gluten free diets and is an excellent source of protein. We love it spread over oatcakes or crackers, or even with some vegetable crudités to dip in it.

And, because they’re ready to eat straight from the packet, you don’t have to spend extra time cooking them so they’re a really quick and easy option.

Morrisons Leek & Potato Soup Kit – 222 calories per ½ pack serving
We absolutely love a hearty soup, especially as the weather starts to get colder and the nights are getting darker.
This Morrisons Leek & Potato Soup Kit is perfect for those days when you don’t quite have time to chop up lots of veg, as it comes washed and ready to cook straight from the packet.
Suitable for vegetarian diets, half a pack counts as 1 of your 5 a day and has just 222 calories, so it’s a real slimming essential.
