They might look like mini sausage rolls, but these pastry puffs are filled with mild curried chicken – and they’re just 82 calories each!
Pop them in the oven for 10 minutes until the pastry is golden and crispy, or enjoy them cold at a picnic or party. Either way, you’ll find them completely irresistible!
If your buffet spread is in need of some vegan-friendly snacks too, we’ve got you covered with these Vegan Sausage Rolls. They’re every bit as tasty as a meaty version and so incredibly easy to make from scratch!

Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference Raw King Prawns with Wild Garlic Butter – 129 calories per 1/2 pack
If you’re cooking to impress, these Taste the Difference Raw King Prawns with Wild Garlic Butter will do most of the hard work for you. Ready to cook, you don’t even need to get any of your pots or pans dirty – simply take off the lid and pop the pot into the oven for 18 minutes.
The juicy prawns are mixed in with sweet, chargrilled peppers and a generous chunk of wild garlic and Cornish salt butter. As this melts, it infuses the prawns with all those delicate sweet, salty and aromatic flavours. So easy and delicious!
Big fan of prawns? Have you tried this Sticky Prawns with Ginger recipe yet? We think it’s even better than the prawn dishes you can get from the takeaway.
Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference Raw King Prawns with Wild Garlic Butter is available from Sainsbury’s, priced at £4.00.

Made with real fruit juice, this is summer refreshment in a can. Sweet and fizzy, sit back and enjoy the tropical flavours of guava and lime; delicious ice cold, straight from the fridge.
At only 96 calories per can, this may just be the drink of the summer! We can’t think of anything better to sip in the sunshine.
Corona Tropical Guava & Lime is available from Tesco, priced at £2.75 for a 330ml can.

As well as giving you a great crunch, these mini breadsticks have a moreish tangy tomato and herb taste. Enjoy them on their own or dip into some hummus – either way, this snack will keep you going until dinnertime.
If you think these sound good, wait until you discover our Pizza Twists with Pizza Dip recipe. Cheesy, tomatoey twists of puff pastry with a pizza flavoured dip? Yes please!

Waitrose Gunpowder Baby Potatoes – 151 calories per serving
These little spuds pack a big flavour punch! We spied these Gunpowder Baby Potatoes at Waitrose this week and we reckon they’ll come in handy all summer long.
Ready for roasting, they come coated in a fiery spice mix inspired by the flavours of Southern India. To make sure there’s fragrant flavour in every bite, the mini potatoes are lightly crushed – all you need to do is pop them in the oven for half an hour or so.
Perfect for your next BBQ, these go so well with barbecued meat and a nice fresh salad.
The chicken steaks from this Sweet Chilli Chicken Burger recipe are perfect for throwing on the barbecue. The chargrilled taste adds even more flavour and a lovely smokiness.
Waitrose Gunpowder Baby Potatoes are available from Waitrose, priced at £2.50.

Can’t choose between a burger or Chinese-inspired fakeaway this weekend? We’ve found the perfect solution in the freezers at Iceland! These Prawn Toast Burgers are fit for a fakeaway feast – and they’re only 230 calories each.
Made from a mixture of prawns and white fish, and coated in sesame seeds and breadcrumbs, these get so crunchy when they’re cooked! Bang them in the oven or pop them in the air fryer if you have one (you can find a handy air fryer conversion chart here.)
If prawn toast is your favourite thing off the takeaway menu, try your hand at our Sesame Chicken Toasts recipe. Using chicken rather than prawns helps to save a few pennies, and they still turn out crunchy and moreish.
Iceland Prawn Toast Burgers are available from Iceland, priced at £3.50 for a pack of 2.
Fox’s Viennese Double Swirls Orange Biscuit – 113 calories per biscuit
It’s no secret that we can’t resist a chocolate orange themed treat! If you’re anything like us, you’ll want to stock up on these Fox’s Viennese Double Swirls Orange Biscuits.
Just imagine that zingy, orange cream sandwiched between crumbly, buttery, chocolate swirls. If that’s not enough to make your mouth water, there’s a sticky Seville orange jam right in the centre too – and it’s made with real orange juice and orange oil for a true burst of zesty flavour. Someone put the kettle on!
We’ve got plenty of chocolate orange flavoured recipes you can get stuck into, but we’ve got a soft spot for these Chocolate Orange Brownies. Squishy squares of chocolatey goodness and just 72 calories each, what’s not to like?
