Pour the mix in the pan to make 1 large pancake. Allow to cook through until brown underneath, then turn and cook for a few more minutes.

Step 4

Place pancake on a plate and arrange the fruits on one half. Squirt 3 tbsp of light aerosol cream around the edge of the pancake. Fold the pancake over, and place a whole strawberry on top (this will help hold the folded pancake down).

How do you know when the Folded Berry Pancake are cooked?

  • 40 g Ready Brek
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml skimmed milk
  • 1/2 tbsp granulated sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 40 g strawberries cut in half
  • 40 g blueberries
  • 40 g raspberries
  • 2 tsp Sweet Freedom Light Fruit Syrup
  • 3 tbsp light aerosol cream
  • low calorie cooking spray

Are you aloud to blitz the oats or does it count as a tweek?

    Hi Claire,

    We discuss this on several of our other recipes which use blitzed oats. It’s not considered a tweak a the amount is measured and still remains nutritionally the same and therefore your HexB.
