Sunday brunch just got interesting! This savoury dish makes for a filling breakfast, but one that won't leave you feeling guilty for the rest of the day. Ready in only 15 minutes, this hash uses cooking spray instead of drizzles of oil to keep it light. The potatoes and halloumi still crisp up really nicely, and go so well with the sweet flavours of the red pepper and tomatoes.

Make It Veggie

Leave out the bacon for a veggie hash.

Tasty brunch
Took slightly longer than the recipe said as I used frozen spinach and tinned potatoes.
spring onions would be great addition
Next time I think that I would add spring onions as I think they would be a great addition. I also could not get spinach so I used a bag of mixed baby leaves (spinach, peashoots & watercress).
