Halloumi and Smoky Bacon Hash
Sunday brunch just got interesting! This savoury dish makes for a filling breakfast, but one that won't leave you feeling guilty for the rest of the day. Ready in only 15 minutes, this hash uses cooking spray instead of drizzles of oil to keep it light. The potatoes and halloumi still crisp up really nicely, and go so well with the sweet flavours of the red pepper and tomatoes.
