Chicken, Vegetable and Rice Bake
This simple bake is fuss-free and really easy to make. We've chosen an array of vegetables for this dish and the beauty of it is that you can choose whatever you like; tomatoes, cauliflower, carrots – anything goes! The curry powder and turmeric add colour and a mild savoury flavour to the rice.

Hi! I’m not really a fan of curry powder or turmeric, I’m assuming paprika and/or cajun seasoning can work just as well?

Hey Mark, we haven’t tested the recipe using other spices but if you prefer you can swap them out for anything you prefer. Hope that helps!

Hey Soph, you need to make sure the stock uses boiling water before you add it to the rice in the dish. Also it may be worth checking the temperature of your oven is correct if not this could make it take a lot longer in the oven to cook. Hope that helps!
