Thai Crab Cakes
These small, tasty crab cakes are packed full of fragrant Thai flavours and are super quick and easy to make. You can serve them on their own, or with our Thai Sauce for an extra kick. The Thai Sauce is known as nam pla prik in Thailand and is a condiment used in the same way as we would use salt and pepper. It’s very strong, so make sure you use it sparingly and add just a little sprinkle to the crab cakes to enhance their flavour!
