These snack-size Pizza Muffins are super-quick and easy to rustle up whenever you get that pizza craving. A simple pizza sauce and some wholemeal muffins help to keep the calories low, which makes them perfect for a snack or served with a salad as part of a more substantial lunch. We’ve added vegetarian toppings to ours, but you can load yours up with whatever you want!

Swap This

You can add anything you fancy to the muffins. Why not add some chopped ham or cooked bacon?

The sauce freezes really well, so why not make double the amount and freeze in individual portions in an ice-cube tray.

As we don’t like mushrooms I swapped up my toppings and added pepperoni instead. These are such a great base to make healthier pizzas with your favourite toppings.
