Our Scotch Egg Sausage Roll is a delicious combination of two classic snacks and the best of both worlds. You’ll only need a few readily available ingredients to make this crispy showstopper and we’ve used reduced-fat pastry and sausages to keep it low in calories. This giant, savoury treat can be cut into ten slices and enjoyed hot or cold so it’s perfect for a party, picnic, or served alongside a salad for lunch.
