Sweet Potato and Coconut Chilli
Sweet and spicy, this rich and delicious chilli uses the creaminess of coconut to complement the kick of chilli, taking it to another level. We've used a dairy-free milk alternative to keep the calories and fat low, but don’t be fooled: it packs a punch! Perfect served on its own or with rice for a simple weeknight dinner.

For a more indulgent, creamy taste, swap the coconut milk alternative for tinned coconut milk (this will increase the kcal count).
If you like things spicy, use smoked hot paprika. It gives the same smoky taste as smoked paprika and smoked sweet paprika but with added spicy heat!
