Nice Quick Tea
I used beef what was left over yesterday and yellow & orange peppers which was all I had in. Added a little cauliflower and served with full green riced cauliflower.
Fantastic "fakeaway" from PoN Express, page 48.
In a blind taste test I reckon you'd be hard pressed to tell the difference between this dish and one from your local takeaway. Prep is super easy, as is the cooking, you're looking at 20 mins in total, for a fraction of the cost whilst saving Ib's.
Super quick and easy to make, a taste sensation!
I added egg noodles to the wok at the end to coat them with the yummy flavours
Added a few mushrooms and served on a bed of fine noodles, was delicious 😋

Great dish, we left out the sweetener as we don’t like it but added slightly more soy sauce. Goes well with rice
