We've raided our store cupboard for the ingredients to make our mildly-spiced sauce, and stir-fried it together with chicken pieces, chopped veg and crunchy cashew nuts. Ready in just 30 minutes, it's a surefire weekend winner with rice or noodles!

If you can't find mirin, you can substitute with rice wine or dry sherry instead.

A firm favourite, super tasty and loved by everyone.
This is really quick and easy to make and so full of flavour. I do leave out the sriracha sauce though as some don't like spicy food, but you don't miss it

Better than any takeaway
I only had dark soy & I used rice wine vinegar with 1sp Granulated sweetner in place of mirin & it was delicious..served with egg noodles. I cooked the full recipe to serve four but it was so tasty that two of us scoffed the lot !!

I made this with a chicken substitute and it was fabulous! Better than a takeaway 😋
