We're all for a budget-friendly, time-saving hack, so this recipe uses a shop-bought Malaysian curry paste to save on buying a long list of ingredients. Mild and aromatic, our Fragrant Chicken Curry gets its creaminess from a coconut plant-based drink, which also keeps it lower in calories. It's on the table in just 35 minutes and, best of all, you'll only have one pan to wash up after dinner!

Unable to find Malaysian curry paste. Any suggestions on where I can buy it or what I can use instead please?

You can use Laksa paste. There are different brands available and many supermarkets do their own brand.

You could also use a rendang paste if you prefer 😊
