A tasty way to clear out your store cupboard, it'll transform your unloved tinned beans and dried pasta shapes into a filling, flavoursome one-pot. It'll be love at first slurp, with our without a crusty bread roll involved. It's so good, we're always making extra to stock up the freezer!

Packed with vegetables & legumes, your 5 a day and more!
I used mini star pasta shapes, though as stated in the recipe any small pasta can be used, break up some spaghetti and use that. If you leave the soup a wee while the pasta absorbs more or the liquid, transforms the dish into a stew-like quality.
Packed full of flavour and a perfect hint of chilli
I swapped the courgette out for celery, it gave a perfect crunch and extra flavour.
Add some more HEAT!
If you like it hot, add some extra chilli powder.
