Winter Berry Cobbler
American in origin, a cobbler is similar to a fruit crumble, with a golden, crunchy topping baked over a generous layer of sweetened fruits. A twist on our Summer Berry Cobbler recipe, this one uses juicy winter fruits: cranberries, apples and oranges. The fruit will get soft and syrupy as it bakes, so make sure you leave a few gaps in your cobbler for that lovely syrup to bubble through. Top it with a swirl of aerosol cream and you're in for a real treat!
