This Oatly Oatgurt Greek Style Yoghurt has no lactose, milk protein or soya and is suitable for a vegan diet.
Although it still has the thick, smooth and creamy texture, and sour taste that you’d expect from a Greek yoghurt, it’s actually a fermented oat product with added vitamins and minerals.

Here’s our roundup of this fortnight’s selection, alongside some meal inspiration to give you some ideas on how to make the most of the Super 6!

With a mild onion-type flavour, leeks are a great base to add to so many dishes to add extra taste. You can use it to bulk out Steak and Pepper Pie, or pretty much any dish that uses root vegetables!

Brussels Sprouts – 19 calories per sprout
Sprouts are in season right now, and you can pick up a pack for only 59p!
Although not everyone is a sprout lover, they’re really versatile so it’s always worth trying them cooked a different way to see if you enjoy them: we find roasted or sautéed has a much nicer taste than plain old boiled sprouts!
Marmite Sprouts and Balsamic Roasted Sprouts are a great way of using up these veggies, both with a unique flavour, and they’re also freezable so are an ideal budget friendly batch cook for the coming weeks!
Red Onion – 44 calories per onion
Red onions have a slighter milder and sweeter flavour than yellow onions, which makes them a delicious addition to salads and even as a garnish.
We love simmering red onion in balsamic vinegar for a sweet caramelised flavour to add a depth of flavour to so many recipes, like our Caramelised Onion Cheese Toasties!
From Onion Bhajis to nutrient packed Vegetable Tarts, there’s plenty of ways to use up red onions.
Mini Easy Peelers – 35 calories per fruit

4-Pack Unwaxed Lemons – 17 calories per fruit
Lemon is one of our favourite fruits to use in both sweet and savoury dishes. It adds a fresh, zesty flavour for minimal cost and effort, so we always have a bag on hand.
These unwaxed lemons don’t have the added waxy layer that’s often added to keep the skin bright and shiny, so it means you get much more from the zest.
Creamy Lemon Chicken is one of our most popular recipes over in our Facebook Group, and it’s not hard to see why! Fresh flavours and an indulgent sauce, it makes a simple weeknight dinner in only half an hour.
Don’t forget a slice of our Lemon Drizzle Cake for pud!
