Our Favourite Things to Make with Strawberries
Fresh, frozen, pureed, baked or stuffed, strawberries are the perfect addition to any summer garden party. As soon as the Wimbledon season starts, we’re always hit with a hankering for the tournament’s signature sweet snack. While we all love a big bowl of strawberries and cream, there are SO many different ways to make the most of the summer’s crop of juicy red berries. That’s why we’ve found plenty of (slimming friendly!) ways to get creative with Britain’s favourite berry; so you can keep the strawberry flavours fresh and vibrant all summer long.

Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
Adding a dollop of thick double cream to sweetened strawberries might just be the summer’s ultimate sweet treat (although it’s sadly not as slimming friendly as we’d wish!). With a little Pinch of Nom magic, we found a way to enjoy the decadent satisfaction of strawberry and cream flavours, for far fewer calories our beloved Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries were born!
Coming in at just 107 calories per serving, these simple-to-make stuffed strawberries taste so good, you’ll be surprised to hear they take as little as 10 minutes to prepare.
Once you try the cheesecake-inspired creamy filling and crunchy, biscuit crumb topping, they’re bound to become your summer go-to dessert (or snack!).
