Apple Fritters
We can’t get enough of these crispy, cinnamon and breadcrumb-coated apple rings. Unlike high-calorie battered and deep-fried versions, our Apple Fritters are light, sweet and ready in a flash. We find it’s best to use Granny Smith apples for this recipe, as they hold their shape nicely when you cook them. Whether you pop them in the oven or the air fryer, these little fritters make for a moreish snack any time of day!
Hints & Tips
Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.
If you haven't got a food processor or stick blender, you can use a grater to make the breadcrumbs.
Make sure to cut the apples into 1cm (1/2 inch)-thick rings so that they cook in the time stated.
