Bacon and Leek Mac ‘n’ Cheese
We've added bacon and leeks to this comfort-food favourite to give it an extra twist. Using skimmed milk, reduced-fat spread and reduced-fat cheese means that we keep the calories down without compromising on that classic, cheesy flavour. Using strong mature reduced-fat Cheddar really boosts the cheesiness!
