These bite-size Baked Cod Balls are so much quicker to make than you might expect. In around half an hour, you’ll be plating them up with some chips, or serving them as a tasty snack. Don’t forget to dip them into the zingy tartare, lemon and yoghurt sauce!

Cod balls with a twist
Loved this recipe but had ran out of panko breadcrumbs, so used oats instead and was lovely and less calories by using oats instead Very easy to follow, Turned out great 👍
Would work with other fish, smoked Haddock or Salmon. A family favourite
Didn’t need to use an egg as my mixture was still wet enough. Really tasty
I made the balls smaller so could get more out of the mixture and froze some for another day Loved this recipe but might 'fry off' the leek a little next
