Cod balls with a twist

Loved this recipe but had ran out of panko breadcrumbs, so used oats instead and was lovely and less calories by using oats instead

Didn’t need to use an egg as my mixture was still wet enough.

Make this in advance and the its a super easy meal to come home to. Just pop from fridge to oven you have a great family meal woth some green veg and home made chips
