Baked Teriyaki Tofu
Bursting with colour and vibrant flavour, it’s impossible to make a dull dinner with our vegan-friendly Baked Teriyaki Tofu. We always press our tofu before we oven- bake it, to make sure it stays firm and the sweet yet tangy homemade teriyaki coating really soaks in. While we’ve added a medley of broccoli, mangetout, peppers and baby corn to our pan, there’s nothing to stop you enjoying a different mix of crunchy stir-fried veggies each time!
