Banana and Blueberry Muffins
We love a muffin for breakfast, but shop-bought versions can be surprisingly high in calories. Batch cook these Banana and Blueberry Muffins for a grab-and-go brekkie that's just as convenient (and even more delicious) on a busy day. At just 188 calories each, they even include a little sprinkle of chocolate chips. We always make extra so we can stock up the freezer – just leave a couple to defrost overnight and that's breakfast sorted!
