Despite the name, there are no olives in this recipe! Our Beef Olives dish is inspired by the traditional Scottish recipe, which dates back to the 1600s, and they’re parcels of beef steak, stuffed with bacon and mushrooms, simmered in a rich, meaty gravy. When it comes to comfort food, it doesn’t get better than this!

Dressed to Impress!
Try to tuck the ends in while you roll the beef to keep the lovely mushroom stuffing inside!
Took awhile to make but so worth it
Would make the filling the day before as needed to be cold
