Broccoli, Chilli and King Prawn Stir Fry
A stir fry is such a simple and quick, flavourful dish that it almost feels like cheating. Adding the broccoli into the mix makes it very filling, so you might feel you don't need to add noodles or rice. However, at only 143 calories per portion, you can easily add an accompaniment without stretching on the calories.
