Cauliflower cheese was a staple dinner when we were growing up, and we loved mopping up the sauce with a slice of bread! Inspired by this, we’ve smothered cauliflower, broccoli and leeks in a creamy, slimming-friendly sauce and finished it off with a crunchy top. Our lighter version gives you all of the cheesy comfort without the extra calories.

Can i use quark instwad of soft cheese
