The potato counterparts of these are an American staple, but we have the perfect, healthier solution to those deep-fried versions. By adding cauliflower and baking instead of frying, these Tots have significantly fewer calories. Serve with Ketchup Tomatoes (see page 221) and Glamorgan Sausages (see page 34) for a full veggie breakfast at just 360 calories for the lot (1 sausage per portion)!
