You might think that a creamy cheese sauce would be off the menu, but by using a few clever ingredient swaps, you will have plenty of calories to play with! Using a strong-tasting hard cheese alongside a little Cheddar, you can pack in the cheese flavour without needing to use mountains of the stuff. It will satisfy even the greatest cheese-lover.
